During my stay, I indulged in some incredible local eats nearby like Geylang Lor 9 Fresh Frog Leg Porridge and Mongkok Dim Sum — a real treat for any culinary explorer! Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver from Singapore's sweltering heat, and the rooms were kept spotless.

Unfortunately, the bedding was a nightmare. wet sheets greeted me, which was enough to send me searching for cleaner digs nearby. Not to mention the uninvited cockroaches, who clearly didn't appreciate my intrusion! So, it’s worth contemplating if the price is right for such an experience.

The location felt questionable at night, situated near a red-light area, which might not sit well with all travelers. My room felt cramped for two adults, making it difficult to comfortably move around.

Accessible public transport nearby made it easy to explore.

My experience at Hotel 81 Premier Hollywood was quite disappointing. The location, being in a red-light district, felt unsafe, especially at night. The thin walls allowed noise from the hallway to disturb my peace throughout my stay, making it hard to get quality rest. the internet speed was frustratingly slow, hindering my ability to plan my outings effectively.
